What is this service?

A lot of people get lost in the day-to-day and lose focus on their BIG PICTURE. We help you find it. This service allows you to define your quality of life by choosing questions and goals that represent how you want to measure what's important to YOU. Each day, you answer those questions, and we track your data, providing you with regular reports to help you align with your goals.

How do I know when to submit my answers?

You have the freedom to submit them whenever you want. We think answering them at the end of the day is ideal, but choose whatever works best for you. There are optional reminders that can send you an email or text at your desired time to help you stay on track.

Can I use my mobile phone?

Sure, it will work, but it will not present the best user experience. We reccomend a tablet or PC due to the screen size required to properly display and answer the questions.

How does the email referral discount work?

For every ACTIVE email referral you have when it's time to renew your monthly subscription, you receive a $1 discount off your original monthly rate. If your rate is $14.99 and you have 6 active referrals, you'll only pay $8.99 for the next month! The email referral discount applies only to the monthly recurring subscription.

Do the email referrals work if I choose the ANNUAL subscription?

No, the annual payment method is for those who prefer a one-time payment. It provides a 20% discount off the original monthly rate.

Is this a “life coaching” service?

Absolutely not! We will never tell you what to do or how to adjust your life. We simply present your data so that you can make informed decisions about your quality of life.

Will you sell my data to a third party?

No way! We guarantee that we will never sell your data to any third party for any reason.

How is my data protected?

We use 128-bit encryption to secure our databases, making it nearly impossible to read if stolen. Additionally, we do not store personal sensitive information such as your SSN or credit card details. Payments are handled by Square, a third-party payment processor. The only data we store is your first name, last name, and email address.

Do you have an app I can download?

At this time, we do not have an app to download. We are choosing to use a website approach to keep things consistent and minimize the costs so we can pass that savings on to our customer.

Why is the website so simple? Where is all the fancy animation and graphics you see on some websites?

Our strategy is to keep it simple. Our primary goal is to make the user experience easy to understand and easy to use!

Will my subscription rate increase over time?

No! Your original subscription fee will never increase. While new subscriptions may be priced higher, as long as you maintain your account, your rate will remain the same.

Can I change my answers after they are saved?

Yes, you have full control to modify any previously entered answers.

What happens if I miss a day?

No worries! You can always enter data for past dates. Check the help page for instructions on how to do so.
